In the Middle Age there were kings to manage the country. In nowadays Hong Kong has Cheif Executive to control Hong Kong. It is the same that is one person to be the head to manage the country but it is not the same name.
In nowadays we can just write an mail of a letter to send to the goverment to complan . But in the Middle Age if we did some complan, we will get into troubleexample kill by no reasonable reason. Therefore I think that nowadys is more safety and fair: more comfortable and powerful.
